Who says healthy has to be boring? This crudités board with orchids will be a showstopper at any event. And it couldn't be any easier! Seriously. Don't roll your eyes. I saw that.
Here's your shopping list: Celery: Cut each stalk in half or thirds depending on the size of each stalk. Leave the leaves on! They're pretty and edible. English Cucumbers: Slice the cucumbers into wedges Radishes: Use a mandolin to thinly slice the radishes, or buy them pre-sliced! Pea Pods: Carefully, split them in half. This takes some practice because they're delicate, but they're soooo pretty on the board. Cauliflower: Cut into florets or... buy them precut! Flowers: Venture out into the tropical rain forest and... ha! Just grab any edible or nonpoisonous flowers from the grocery store or your garden. Any flower is a beautiful addition to a board. Dips: I chose whipped feta and spinach artichoke dip. Again, it's ok to get a little help from the supermarket here and buy pre-made dips like these or hummus, guacamole, buffalo chicken, etc. That's it! You can do this. Use this list to get started, or choose your favorite veggies and dips. Get creative and have fun!
