Easy Meal Prep

This is a super simple easy meal prep. With this prep you'll have dinner for tonight, and lunches through the week, or more quick dinners. I like to pack everything separately. That way I can quickly create whatever flavor combo I like. You can turn this into harvest grain bowls, chicken tacos, creamy mustard chicken over quinoa, bbq salads, etc. The possibilities are endless.
