1 stick unsalted butter, 2 tbsp crumbled blue cheese, 3-4 dashes Worcestershire sauce, 1 tsp garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste. This is perfect for steak!
1 stick unsalted butter, 1/2 cup bbq sauce, salt & pepper to taste. Slather this on grilled chicken or shrimp!
1 stick unsalted butter, 2 tbsp cajun seasoning, salt & pepper to taste. This one is great on fish!
